Using anti-dandruff shampoo and hair oils can help to control the dandruff very effectively. Before you choose an anti-dandruff shampoo or hair oil you must check whether the ingredients prevent dandruff or not.

 

Some effective ingredients that help prevent dandruff are:

Tea tree oil, neem oil, ginger oil, rosemary oil, amla extract, red onion extract, bhringraj extract, hibiscus extract, and olive oil. Each ingredient can effectively prevent dandruff. Use hair oil and shampoo containing all these ingredients.

Natural dandruff remedies like tea tree oil, neem oil, and olive oil help soothe the scalp and reduce dandruff.

Some remedies You Can Do At Home

 

  1. Use tea tree oil                 

    Add tea tree oil or coconut oil to shampoo. Tea tree oil can reduce dandruff symptoms by reducing yeast growth on the scalp. Massage your scalp with this mixture in 10 to 15 minutes. Then rinse it off.

  2.  Use aloe vera gel               

    Take some aloe vera gel; it is better to take it naturally. Then gently massage your scalp. Leave it on your scalp for 30 to 1 hour. After that, wash it off with your regular shampoo. It will be used two or three times a week.

  3. Use coconut oil

     

    If you have sensitive skin or eczema, coconut oil is not better for your scalp.Let coconut oil penetrate your scalp and massage gently.Leave it on your scalp for 30 to 1 hour, After that wash it off thoroughly.
